How’s Your Training Going?
With just 8 weeks to go, we wanted to check in—how is your training going?
A typical training week might look like this:
- Monday: Off
- Tuesday: 5-6 miles
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 4-5 miles
- Friday: Off
- Saturday: 2-3 miles
- Sunday: 8 miles
Runners PLEASE Check Your Race Info
Please log in to RunSignup and review your Race Registration Information to ensure everything is accurate. This includes your name, age, and emergency contact details on your race profile page. If you notice any errors, please contact our Race Director, Mike Silverman, by email mike.j.silverman@gmail.
If you need to drop out, we hope you don’t have to, but if you do-please email Race Director, Mike Silverman, by email [email protected] and let him know, this helps us plan for water and food on race day, reducing waste.
You can also bring a water bottle to help us reduce race cup disposal.
