Well, we’re glad you asked.
When do I pick up my race bib?
You can pick up your Race Bib at the Bib Pick Up Tent located at the Start at Saskadena Six Ski Area in Pomfret Vermont.
- Bib Pick up opens Sunday, June 7 from 6:00-7:45 a.m.
- Bibs are only given to the registered runner
- You must show a photo ID (physical or on your phone)
Get to the Start by FREE SHUTTLE BUS or Personal Vehicle Drop-off
(Please Carpool!)
Free shuttle buses will transport participants from near the finish area in Quechee Vermont to the start line in Pomfret Vermont.
- First bus departs: 5:45 AM
- Last bus departs: 7:00 AM SHARP
- Buses are for participants only
Participant Drop-Off (Start Area) in a personal vehicle (Please Carpool!)
Drop-off window:
- 6:00 AM – 7:15 AM (NO LATER than 7:15 AM)
Important Guidelines:
- Drivers must remain in their vehicles
- Drop-offs should be quick and efficient
- Please say goodbyes before entering the start area

Where do I pick up my race bib?
When you get to the race start area, our volunteers from Pomfret/Teago Fire Fighters will direct you to the BIG TENT for your bib pick up. Our volunteers from Woodstock Ski Runners will there to check your ID and hand you your bib.
What does the pull tab get me?
When you hit the finish line…
Your bib’s pull tab can be traded in for either:
–a Harpoon/Long Trial Beer (must be 21 with valid photo ID-not a picture)
–a Mac’s Maple Creamee
–a bag of Howlin’ Good Kettle Corn
