Drop Bag Information
Option 1: Finish Line Drop-Off
Location: Finish Line Tent (Quechee Polo Field)
Time: 5:30 – 6:45 a.m.
- Drop bags near the BIG FOOD TENT at the finish area
- Conveniently located on your way to the FREE shuttle bus
Option 2: Start Line Drop-Off
Location: Saskadena Six Ski Area (Start Area)
Time: 6:00 – 7:45 a.m.
- Drop bag truck located near the Bib Pickup Tent
Labeling Instructions (Important!)
- Clearly label your bag with your LAST NAME
- Make your bag unique and easy to recognize for quick pickup after the race
- Please DO NOT leave without your Drop Bag, we cannot mail your bag to you after the race. Bags left behind will be available for pickup until 1 PM on race day.
Tip: Whether you drop your bag at the start or finish, all bags will be available for pickup at the finish line after your race.
Clothing & Personal Items
Any clothing or items dropped along the course will be:
- Collected and returned to the Finish Line Area
- Available after the race course has been cleared until 2PM
Important:
- Items must be picked up before race finish cleanup is complete about 2PM
- Unclaimed items will likely be donated or disposed of
