We Heard You! T-shirts Not Hats

We heard you. You prefer t-shirts to hats.

Hopefully, next year June 4, 2023 we’ll have t-shirts waiting for you at the finish line.

This year we had hats.
And we also were giving away LEFTOVER t-shirts from the canceled 2020 race/2021 virtual race. They WERE NOT t-shirts for this year’s race.
You DID NOT miss out on a shirt at the finish line.
We also gave away all our leftover 2020->2022 Volunteer shirts.

We get it, you like commemorative shirts.
However, in December 2020 when we needed to place our order for over 2000 shirts, two things were at play.

1. We weren’t sure what the COVID pandemic had in story for us 6 months into the future. The volunteers at the finish line who hand out t-shirts are the Hartland Boy Scouts. We wanted to minimize their contact with our runners so hats were the best option.
2. Supply chain issues-it was really difficult to find sizes and colors, again hats were the best option.

We hope you will enjoy your hats and wear them proudly-you all did a great job last Sunday.

Registration opens on December 5, 2022 at 7 PM ET  for our June 4, 2023 race.
