With 5 weeks to go you should be out running:
5-6 miles, Day Off, 4-5 miles, Day Off, 2 miles, 10 miles.
NEED TO DROP-PLEASE LET US KNOW
If you need to drop, we really hope you don’t have to, but if you do, please email RACE DIRECTOR Mike S. and let him know. This helps us plan for water and food and helps us reduce waste.
